RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Professional Services Agreement between Neil Kushner, M.D. and the County of Humboldt (Attachment 1) to provide autopsy services for FY 2018-19 budget unit 1100272 Coroner's Office; and authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to sign three (3) original copies of the Professional Services Agreement and all amendments, extensions or revisions to the document for the term of the agreement.
