RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached professional services agreement with Arcata House Partnership regarding the provision of emergency shelter to adults experiencing homelessness from August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019 in an amount not to exceed $100,000; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached professional services agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contracts Unit for further processing.
