RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt, contingent on voter approval, Ordinance No. 2608, repealing and replacing Section 718-16 of Chapter 8, Division 1 of Title VII to the Humboldt County Code relating to the renewal of the 0.5% transaction and use tax (Measure Z) administered by the state board of equalization (Attachment 2); and adopt the attached resolution placing the measure to renew Measure Z on the November 2018 ballot for voter approval (Attachment 1).
