RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with the Olin Jones for the period of April 5, 2018 through April 15, 2019 to serve as the tribal consultant for the stipulated judgement by the Attorney General for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in an amount not to exceed $176,041; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the agreement to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Information Services.
