RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the attached contract with the University of California- Davis (UC Davis) in the amount of $136,000.00 to provide Eligibility Services training for the Department of Health and Human Services-Social Services (DHHS-Social Services) staff for FY 2018-19; grant a waiver of the Nuclear Free Ordinance; and authorize the Chair to execute this contract and return two (2) signed originals to DHHS-Contract Unit.
