That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the letter of appreciation.

DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors has received notification that Carol Hill and Steve Kimberling have both decided to step down from the Workforce Development Board. The Board is sending a letter of appreciation thanking both for their years of service and commitment to the citizens of Humboldt County. Ms. Hill was originally appointed in 2002 and Mr. Kimberling was appointed in 2014.
