RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached MHP Contract between Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Mental Health and California DHCS for the term July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2022; approve the attached MHP Contract Amendment between DHHS-Mental Health and California DHCS for the term May 1, 2013 to June 30, 2017; authorize the DHHS-Mental Health Director to sign the MHP Contract, MHP Contract Amendment and subsequent amendments or documents related to the original MHP Contract for the term July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 on behalf of Humboldt County and submit it to the California DHCS; and direct the Clerk of the Board to send the DHHS-Mental Health Administration one (1) certified copy of this Board Order.
