That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chairperson to execute 2nd Amendment to the Lease with Mike Retzloff and Cindy McKenzie for 712 Fourth Street; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed 2nd Amendment to Lease to Real Property for transmittal to Lessor.
