That the Board of Supervisors approve the reappointment of John Rice to the Williamson Act Advisory Committee with a term expiring on June 30, 2020.

DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Fennell is recommending the reappointment of John Rice to represent District 2 on the Williamson Act Advisory Committee. John has served since 2003 and had been an active and important member to this committee.
In compliance with Humboldt County Resolution 03-58, Williamson Act Advisory Committee members are nominated for appointment by the District Supervisor they represent, but their appointments/reappointments must be approved by the full Board. As such, Supervisor Fennell is nominating John Rice for reappointment representing District 2.
