RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District in an amount not to exceed $170,752; approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached professional services agreement with the Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District in an amount not to exceed $29,248; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) copies of the attached MOU and two (2) copies of the attached agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Administration.
