RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached first amendment to the professional services agreement with SVT Gruppe, Inc. regarding the provision of security and secure transportation services for fiscal years 2017-2018 through 2018-2019; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached first amendment to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for further processing.
