RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Public Health and Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc. for temporary placement of up to two (2) Occupational Therapists or Physical Therapists in the California Children's Services' Medical Therapy Program; authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the agreement; authorize the Public Health Director to sign future amendments to this agreement thereto after review by County Counsel and Risk Manager; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed agreements to DHHS-Contract Unit to forward to DHHS-Public Health.
