RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the award in the amount of $726,446.00 over three (3) years granted by the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) for Children's Mental Health Triage Personnel; authorize the Chairperson to sign three (3) originals of the State Standard Agreement (STD 213) for the grant award (Attachment A); authorize the Chairperson to sign one (1) original Contractor Certification Clause (CCC) (Attachment B); approve and authorize the Department of Health and Human Services - Mental Health (DHHSMH) Director to execute Grant Award Claim Forms and agreements with collaborative entities involved in this grant, after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management; adopt the supplemental budget in the amount of $233,250.00 (Attachment C) for fiscal year 2018-19, DHHS-MH Administration budget unit 1170- 424 (4/5 vote required); approve the allocation of two (2) 1.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) Mental Health Clinician I/II (class 0909A/B, salary range 422/452) in budget umt424; effective immediately upon Board of Supervisors approval; approve the allocation of two (2) 1.0 FTE Mental Health Case Manager (class 0907A/B, salary range 354/382) in budget unit 424; effective immediately upon Board of Supervisors approval; direct the Clerk of the Board to route three (3) signed copies of the State Standard Agreement to the DHHS-Contract Unit; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route one (1) signed copy of the Contractor Certification Clause to the DHHS Contract Unit.
