Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chairperson to execute the proposed lease, attached in duplicate, with Roger and Nancy Brown, DBA Brown Rentals; and return one (1) fully executed lease and one (1) copy of the executed agenda item to Real Property for transmittal to Lessor, retaining the second original with meeting records.
