Professional Services Agreement with McKinleyville Community Collaborative Regarding the Provision of Administrative Capacity Building Services for Fiscal Year 2018-2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached professional services agreement with McKinleyville Community Collaborative regarding the provision of administrative capacity building services for fiscal year 2018-2019 in an amount not to exceed $186,872; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached professional services agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for further processing.
