First Option to Extend Lease at 205 Seventh Street, Suite C, Eureka
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the first option to extend the lease with Richard Littlefield, Betty Littlefield and Charles Powell for storage space at 205 Seventh Street, Suite C, Eureka, CA through August 31, 2019; authorize Public Works-Real Property Division to send a notice to Lessor that County is exercising the first option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed Board agenda item to Public Works-Real Property Division.
