County Administrative Officer Report: Board Strategic Workshop
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive an oral report from the County Administrative Officer (CAO) regarding the recent Board Strategic Workshop; select up to six goals in concert with the public's input from the Budget Roadshow for departments to focus on; direct department heads to submit to the County Administrative Office performance measures based on your Board's selected goals; and take additional action as may be required.
