Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive a report from the Agricultural Commissioner and California Department of Food and Agriculture CalCannabis Enforcement Branch on the County Cannabis Pilot Inspection Program and Standard Agreement No. 17-0261; approve Standard Agreement No. 17-0261, known as the County Cannabis Pilot Inspection Agreement, authorize the Chair to sign the original agreement, one copy of the cover page and the contractor
certification form, and direct the Clerk of the Board to return all copies to the agriculture department for further processing; and direct the Auditor-Controller to execute the attached supplemental budget for FY 2017/18 (4/5 vote required).
