Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chairperson to sign the License Agreement between the County of Humboldt and Kelton J. Chambers, for the purpose of importing and stockpiling gravel and other road construction materials, and intermittent staging of a road grader and other appurtenant equipment at a designated location on Assessor Parcel No. 105-042-004; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the executed License Agreement to the Department of Public Works Land Use Division for further processing.
