Court Innovation Sub-Award to Provide Services for the Family Wellness Court (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution accepting the Grant Sub-Award from the Superior Court of California, County of Humboldt to fund services for the Family Wellness Court; approve the allocation of two (2) full time equivalent (FTE) Mental Health Case Managers I/II (class 0907, salary range 354/382) in budget unit 424; effective immediately upon Board of Supervisors approval; approve the allocation of one (1) full time equivalent (FTE) Mental Health Clinician I/II (class 0909, salary range 422/452) in budget unit 424; effective immediately upon Board of Supervisors approval; adopt the supplemental budget as attached in Exhibit A for Fiscal year 2017-18, DHHS Mental Health budget unit 1170- 424 (4/5 vote required); and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one certified copy of the Board Report to the DHHS - Contract Unit.
