Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Grant Agreement D17-08-002, with the State Water Resources Control Board, in the amount of $289,164 in Fund 1175, Budget Unit 432, Local Oversight Program for fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the Public Health Director, or their designee to sign the Agreement (Attachment 1); authorize the Public Health Director, or their designee to sign grant invoices and any subsequent amendments directly related to the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one original, signed copy of this agenda item to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Public Health, Division of Environmental Health.
