Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the First Amendment to the Lease with Carter Properties at 215 Fourth Street, in Eureka, through April 30, 2019; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) copy of the executed agenda item to Public Works Real Property Division; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed First Amendment to the Lease to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to the Lessor, retaining the second fully executed First Amendment to the Lease with meeting records.
