Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Lease at 930 Sixth Street, Eureka with California Newspapers Partnership to extend the term for one year; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the original Lease, in duplicate; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) original fully executed Lease to the Public Works - Real Property staff for transmittal to Lessor, retaining the other with meeting records.
