Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors review the proposed Recycling Processing and Marketing of Regional Curbside Collected Materials Request for Proposals (RFP) (Attachment 1); and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the proposed Recycling Flow Control Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to participate in a Regional Recyclable Materials Processing Agreement (Attachment 2).
