Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize a temporary increase in pay for Deputy Public Defender IV, Megan O'Connell, (Class 0604, Range 521) as though promoted to Supervising Attorney (Class 0610, Range 550) effective immediately and continue until the position is filled on a permanent basis or other solution is identified.
