Headwaters Fund Budget Transfer and Board Manual Amendments
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the transfer of funds in Fund 1120, Budget Unit 286, Headwaters Fund from the Community Investment line items to the Grant Fund line items for the Decade of Difference 8 Year Initiative 2; and approve the amendment to the Headwaters Board Manual to define the termination process related to Headwater Fund Board (HFB) member's absences.
