Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Del Norte Regarding the Provision of Case Review and Quality Assurance Coverage
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Del Norte regarding the provision of case review and quality assurance coverage; authorize the Department of Health and Human Services-Child Welfare Services Director to execute any and all future amendments to, and extensions of the attached Memorandum of Understanding; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return three (3) fully executed original copies of the attached memorandum of understanding to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for further processing.
