Memorandum of Understanding with the Humboldt County Office of Education Regarding the Coordination of Educational Support Services for Humboldt County Foster Youth
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached Memorandum of Understanding with the Humboldt County Office of Education regarding the coordination of educational support services for Humboldt County foster youth; authorize the Department of Health and Human Services-Child Welfare Services Director to execute any and all future amendments to the attached Memorandum of Understanding, after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return three (3) fully executed original copies of the attached Memorandum of Understanding to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for further processing.
