Amendment No. 1 to Lease at 1608 Pickett Road, McKinleyville for the Period March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2021
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Amendment No. 1 to the lease with McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD), lessor, for the facility located at 1608 Pickett Road, McKinleyville, for the period March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2021 for the purpose of continuation of the McKinleyville law enforcement facility; authorize the Board of Supervisors Chair to sign the Amendment No. 1 to lease, in duplicate (Attachment 1); direct the Clerk of the Board to return two copies of the executed Amendment No. 1 to lease to the Real Property Agent for transmittal to lessor; and direct the Real Property Agent to return one fully executed Amendment No. 1 to lease to the Clerk of the Board to complete minutes records.
