Approval of Standard Agreement No. 17-0170, Known as the CalCannabis Pilot Inspection Program
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Standard Agreement No. 17-0170, known as the CalCannabis Pilot Inspection Program; authorize the chair to sign the original agreement, one copy of the cover page, the contractor certification page and return all signed copies to the Agricultural Commissioner's office for further processing; grant a waiver from the provisions of the nuclear free ordinance; and authorize the Auditor-Controller to execute the attached supplemental budget for fiscal year 2017-18.
