Agreement with Cooperative Personnel Services HR Consulting Regarding the Review and Evaluation of the Centralization of Certain Services and Staffing, and Supplemental Budget (4/5th Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached professional services agreement with Cooperative Personnel Services, dba CPS HR Consulting regarding the review and evaluation of the potential advantages and disadvantages associated with centralization of the services provided, and staffing resources utilized, by certain departments of the County of Humboldt; direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached professional services agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for further processing; and approve a supplemental budget as detailed in Attachment 2 (4/5 vote required).
