Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and ratify the execution of, the Resignation Agreement & Release of All Claims Between David Marcus and Humboldt County; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) signed copy of the Resignation Agreement to County Counsel's Office.
