Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Settlement Agreement with Randall Sand and Gravel in the matter of Randall Sand and Gravel v. County of Humboldt, et. al., Humboldt County Superior Court Case No. CVl70395; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign the signature page of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) signed copy of the Settlement Agreement to County Counsel's Office.
