Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution rescinding Resolution No. 15-18 and authorizing the renewed commitment of land to the Judicial Council of California for the purpose of constructing new courthouse facilities for the Humboldt County Superior Court; and direct staff to forward an original executed copy of the attached resolution to the Humboldt County Superior Court for transmittal to the Judicial Council of California.
