SB2 Building Homes and Jobs Act Fees
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the County Clerk / Recorder's update to the County Fee Schedule reflecting the passage of the Building Homes and Jobs Act (adding Government Code section 27388.1) effective January 1st 2018; and direct the Auditor to establish line item 808120 in account 3720000 for fees collected in conjunction with Government Code §27388.1. and line item 681202 in account 1100271 for administrative fees deducted by the Recorder.
