United States Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force Memorandum of Understanding
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the United States Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force (RFTF) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); and authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign two (2) original copies of the MOU (Attachment 1) and any modification, extensions and all other documents required by United States Marshals Service for participation in the RFTF.
