Approval of Agreement Concerning Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) between the County of Humboldt and Plumas County for the Period Beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with Plumas County concerning Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) between the County of Humboldt and Plumas County for the period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign two (2) originals of the attached agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the agreement and one (1) copy of the Board Motion to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for transmittal to DHHS-Public Health.
