Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the chairperson of the Board to execute the First Amendment to Lease, in duplicate, to conclude the lease on November 30, 2017, for the office building at 931 Third Street, in Eureka; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one original executed amendment to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to Lessor, retaining the original executed amendment with meeting records.
