Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute, in the presence of a Notary, the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment and Certificate of Subdivision Compliance; authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute, in the presence of a Notary, the Parcel Map; direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment and Certificate of Subdivision Compliance to the City of Eureka via the Humboldt County Surveyor; and direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit the Parcel Map to the City of Eureka via the Humboldt County Surveyor.
