Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive staff report; receive staff impact analysis and district resolution for the Kneeland Fire Protection District; and approve Kneeland Fire Protection District resolution to transition to even-year elections pursuant to California Elections Code, Sections 14050-14057.
