Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the bids for Improvement Plans Portion of Bald Hills Road Post Mile 13.46 to 16.05 for Yurok Tribe; award the contract to Kernen Construction for the total amount of $1,729,628.00; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the project agreement upon submittal of the appropriate bonds and insurance; and direct the Auditor-Controller to establish a new contract account 1200321-0329 and transfer $2,088,525 from 1200321-2118 to the new contract account per the attached appropriation transfer.
