Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the bids for the High Reflectivity Striping Project on Freshwater Road (6F060) at Post Mile 0.0 to 3.0 and on Kneeland Road (6F060) at Post Mile 27.0 to 37.0; award the contract to Central Striping Service, Inc., for the total amount of $189,700.00; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the project agreement upon submittal of the appropriate bonds and insurance; and direct the Auditor-Controller to establish a new contract account 1200321-0328 and transfer $240,000 from 1200321-2118 to the new contract account per the attached appropriation transfer.
