Approval of the Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding for the California Department of Social Services Work Number Express Service Agreement
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding for participation in the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Work Number Express Service Agreement; grant a waiver of the Nuclear Free Ordinance; authorize the Chairperson to execute four (4) originals of the Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route three (3) fully executed originals of the Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
