That the Board of Supervisors hear a presentation from the Department of Public Works, Redwood Coast Energy Authority and Schatz Energy Research Center from Humboldt State University about the proposed Solar Microgrid Project and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign the attached letter of commitment for the project to the California Energy Commission
