Recommendation

Staff Recommendation:  Make all of the required findings, based on evidence in the staff report and public testimony, and recommend adoption of the Zone Reclassification, Agricultural Preserve partial dis-establishment and cancellation, and approval of the Lot Line Adjustment to the Board of Supervisors for the Johannesen project, subject to the recommended conditions.
