Request to Approve Leases with Rynecki and Rynecki, LLC and 2nd & H Street, LLC for Office Space Located at 100 H Street and Parking Lot Located at Second and H Street

 

Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign the lease in duplicate, with Rynecki and Rynecki, LLC for office space at 100 H Street, Eureka through November 30, 2020 with an option to extend this lease upon the same terms and conditions for two (2), two (2) year terms; approve and authorized the Chair to sign the lease in duplicate with 2nd & H Street, LLC for the fenced parking lot at Second and H Street, Eureka through November 30, 2020 with an option to extend this lease upon the same terms and conditions for two (2) two (2) year terms; authorize Public Works-Real Property Division to send notices with fully executed leases to Lessors that the county is approving the leases through November 30, 2020 with an option to extend this lease upon the same terms and conditions for two (2) two (2) year terms; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda item and one fully executed lease for both the office space at 100 H Street and the fenced parking lot at Second and H Street to Public Works - Real Property Division, retaining the second fully executed leases with meeting records.
