Redwood Community Action Agency Agreement for Temporary Shelter Services and Long Term Transitional Housing Placements for Eligible Youth for Fiscal Year 2017-2018
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the attached contract with Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA) in the amount of $192,000.00 for temporary shelter services and long term placements for eligible youth for fiscal year 2017-2018; direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health & Human Services DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration, and authorize the DHHS-Social Services Director to exercise the options to extend the agreement on behalf of DHHS-Children & Family Services, under the same terms and conditions for fiscal year 2018-2019 and fiscal year 2019-2020.
