Ordinance Amending Section 314-99.1 of County Code Title III, Division 4, Chapter 4, Exceptions to Development Standards
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors introduce Ordinance No._____ (Attachment B) by title and waive further reading; open the public hearing and receive the staff report and public testimony; close the public hearing and deliberate; approve the proposed Addendum to the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (FSEIR) for the Housing Element (SCH #2009022077) and Resolution No._____ (Attachment A), approval of development code changes in the Housing Opportunity Zones of the inland areas will become effective 30 days from the date of its passage; adopt Ordinance No._____ (Attachment B), which amends Humboldt County Code Title III, Division 4, Chapter 4 (Regulations Outside the Coastal Zone), Section 314-99.1 Exceptions to Development Standards; and direct the Clerk of the Board to publish a summary of the Ordinance (Attachment C) within 15 days after adoption by the Board.
