That the Board of Supervisors adjourn as Humboldt County Board of Supervisors; convene as the Governing Board of the Humboldt County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority and consider the following agenda: a. Approve recommendation to reappointment Ms. Deborah Kindley and Ms. Margaret Lewis, b. Approve recommendation to accept resignation of Ms. Donna Wheeler, c. Approve recommendation to appoint Ms. Amanda Winstead; and reconvene as Humboldt County Board of Supervisors.
