Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the Sheriff to sign the Equitable Sharing Agreements and Certifications for FY 2016-17 asset forfeiture funds for CA0120000 Sheriff's Office and CA0121200 Drug Task Force; and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the Sheriff to sign the Amended Equitable Sharing Agreements and Certifications for FY2015-16 asset forfeiture funds for CA0120000 Sheriff's Office and CA0121200 Drug Task Force.
